Booking Terms & Conditions – Blonde Nail Co.
By booking an appointment with Blonde Nail Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system. A valid contact detail is required to secure your booking.
2. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Remaining balances must be paid at your appointment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the full appointment fee may still apply.
5. No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
6. Service Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess and offer a reasonable solution where appropriate.
7. Health, Allergies & Aftercare
Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or infections prior to their appointment. While all care is taken to use high-quality products and maintain hygiene standards, Blonde Nail Co. cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects that may occur during or after treatment.
Aftercare advice will be provided where appropriate, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions. We cannot guarantee results or be held responsible for issues arising due to failure to follow aftercare guidance.
8. Children & Age Policy
For health, safety, and insurance reasons, no children are permitted in the studio.
We do not provide services to clients under the age of 13.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Blonde Nail Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion, including inappropriate behaviour or repeated policy breaches.
10. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
11. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during your appointment.
